Rainbow Meter & Size Changes

I added in the rainbow meter mechanic. It doesn't yet do anything but it's there. Enemies will drop gems every once in a while which can be collected. Collecting a gem will draw a piece of your rainbow in the meter at the top of the screen. Once you've collected ten gems you can hit space bar which currently clears your meter and will eventually activate the rainbow gun allowing you to destroy any color enemy for a short duration.
